Boutique Hotel & Restaurant

Plans are underway to transform the historic Grade II listed farmhouse and surrounding barns into a thoughtfully restored boutique hotel and restaurant, bringing something new and inviting to North Yorkshire.

Designed to complement the wider Newsham experience, the vision includes beautifully appointed guest bedrooms, boutique accommodation pods, a restaurant, swimming pool, spa and orchards, creating a destination rooted in hospitality and a strong sense of place.

Manor Farm and Restaurant will honour the character of the original buildings while offering a memorable new way to stay, rest and reconnect.

Once complete, Manor Farm and Restaurant will introduce an entirely new level of hospitality to North Yorkshire - a destination designed for wedding guests, weekend escapes and restorative stays throughout the year.

It is a project we are incredibly excited about and one that we believe will become a meaningful and much-anticipated addition to the wider Newsham story.
